Become an Authorized VR Smart Glass Partner

Join the VR Smart Glass Authorized Partner Program and gain access to preferred pricing, professional support, and long-term partnership opportunities.

Before submitting your information, please carefully review the partnership terms below. Once the form is completed, a personalized Partner Agreement will be automatically prepared and sent to your email address for review and signature.

1. PURPOSE

To establish a long-term partnership in which the Partner promotes, sells, and installs VR Smart Glass products in exchange for preferred partner pricing.

2. PARTNERSHIP TERM

The partnership will remain valid for an initial term of 12 months and will automatically renew unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of termination.

3. DISCOUNT STRUCTURE

Partners may qualify for the following discount levels:

  • 5% Standard Partner Discount

  • 7% Mid-Level Partner Discount

  • 10% High-Volume Partner Discount

The final discount level is subject to approval for each order based on the Partner’s performance and order volume.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Partner agrees to maintain professional standards, follow VR Smart Glass guidelines, and represent the brand accurately and professionally.

5. NON-EXCLUSIVITY

This partnership is non-exclusive. The Partner agrees to prioritize VR Smart Glass products where appropriate.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

All pricing, customer, and technical information shared within the partnership must remain confidential and may not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

7. DISCOUNT PROTECTION

Partner discounts are subject to active partnership status, timely payments, and continued compliance with the terms of this agreement.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the partnership by providing 30 days’ written notice. The agreement may be terminated immediately in cases of breach, fraud, or misconduct.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VR Smart Glass shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or claims resulting from improper installation or misuse of its products.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements relating to the partnership.
