1. Products & Services

  • VR Smart Glass specializes in Smart Film, Smart Blind, Transparent LED Film, and related accessories.

  • Custom-made or cut-to-size items are also covered under these Terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the dimensions and customization details submitted are correct before placing an order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across the United States and internationally where available.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen delays.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Large or fragile orders may require special handling or freight shipping.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days (1 month) from the delivery date.

  • Condition:

    • If the product is defective or damaged, we provide a free replacement within the return period.

    • If the package is unopened, returns are possible for a valid reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return must be initiated within 1 week of delivery.

    • Once a product has been opened, installed, trimmed, or used, it is non-returnable.

  • Scope: These return rules apply to both standard fixed-size and custom-size orders.

5. Warranty

  • All VR Smart Glass products come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, trimming with improper tools, electrical issues, or natural wear and tear.

  • Any alteration or unauthorized repair voids the warranty.

6. Installation & Usage

  • Installation should be performed by a professional or by following our provided guidelines.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, trimming with incorrect tools, or incorrect wiring.

  • Always use recommended power supplies, transformers, and accessories for safety and product longevity.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, product images, and designs on VR Smart Glass platforms are the intellectual property of VR Smart Glass and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • VR Smart Glass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

  • VR Smart Glass reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
