Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • VR Smart Glass is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the shipping process. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Losses:

  • VR Smart Glass is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. Customers are advised to contact the carrier directly to file a claim and should retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for this purpose.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

  • Products may be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged in their original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
